Meet Tiffany Lord
I’m Tiffany Lord, Yoga for Migraines guru, founder of Love & Asana, puggle lover, tango dancer, and espresso addict.
My wellness journey got a jump-start when I lost my 48-year-old mother (and best friend) to breast cancer. The stress of her death combined with a new job, getting married, buying a house, and a newly realized risk of cancer put me on the brink of burn-out. I was an exhausted, anxiety-ridden woman with almost-daily migraines barely living life.
Have you ever felt like your wellness was so out of whack you didn’t even know how to start feeling better?
That’s where I was! I googled my symptoms over and over again (I don’t recommend that BTW) and yoga kept popping up as a fix. Honestly, I thought “yoga cannot possibly help with all of these things”, but I finally tried it anyways…after months of not giving in and remaining in pain. I left my first class knowing that it was exactly what I needed to move forward.
After practicing consistently for months, I started noticing that my migraines were less frequent, I was happier more often and didn’t fly off the handle over everything, and I was actually falling asleep at night and feeling rested when I woke up. It was a friggin’ miracle!
Now, a part of my life's mission is to share the techniques I've used to prevent and manage my own headaches and stress with people just like you! Love and Asana is a virtual yoga studio that offers private sessions and video classes specifically designed for stress and headache management using my results-driven system based on your goals and lifestyle. Don’t wait around forever to try it like I did.
Being in chronic pain and missing out on life – is NOT what you want.
If you’re ready to take action, do yoga, and feel better, I’d love to help you!
